Outlaw Distillery's White Whiskey is an ultra-premium un-aged whiskey made from the best local ingredients. Our White Whiskey is made entirely from Oats and a native Utah grain called Triticale. The depth and complexity of these grains really comes through in an un-aged whiskey showcasing a true, authentic, grain-forward whiskey flavor. Without the barrel the Whiskey truly speaks for itself and since we meticulous distill this the same way you might distill a tequila you end up with a sippable whiskey that can be enjoyed however you like.
